Smart Dreams Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. All unworn & unwashed merchandise purchased directly from Smart Dreams can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

For items purchased from our website, returns must be initiated through our return portal here. Smart Dreams does not accept return requests via telephone, email, or any other means besides our return portal.

For items purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly to discuss their return policy.

Damaged items must be reported within three days of receipt to help@havesmartdreams.com. Please provide your order number and a description of the problem; please include photos of the damage if possible.

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment, with the exception of gifts, which will receive a store credit for the purchase price.

Returns are subject to an $8 return shipping charge per order, when items from that order are returned at the same time. If multiple items from the same order are returned separately, there will be a return shipping charge for each shipment. Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment and doing so could significantly delay your refund and subject it to additional return charges based on the original number of orders.

How do I return items to Smart Dreams?

  • Submit your return request through our return portal here. You will need to provide your order number and zip code; please refer to your order email for this information.
  • Select the product(s) you wish to return. Products delivered more than 30 days ago are not returnable.
  • Print the label & packing slip.
  • Pack the items in original condition along with the packing slip inside and secure the packaging. You are encouraged to reuse the original packaging but you can use any packaging you like. The customer is 100% responsible for securing the package and for the condition of its contents. Please do not use staples to secure your packaging.
  • Affix the return label securely to the return package and be sure to cover or remove any old shipping information on the packaging. 
  • Drop your return package at any United States Post Office, mailbox, or give it to your USPS carrier.

All returns processed by Smart Dreams will have a tracking number so you can watch your return progress. Please note that we are not responsible for any returns that are not trackable or entered into the shipper's systems. 

Please allow up to three weeks for your package to make its way to us and have your refund processed. Occasionally, some returns may take longer than three weeks.

Please understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or any other shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays outside of our control.

We are not responsible for returns sent back without using the provided shipping label or for returns sent back outside of the policies stated on this page. The only tracking numbers/systems we adhere to are those provided by Smart Dreams.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for that item and return the original order using the above steps and within 30 days of receipt.

The Following Items are Not Returnable

All items with a price ending in .50.

All items marked as Final Sale on the website.

All items in a sale/clearance section.

All items that are part of a BOGO sale (buy one get one free).

Gift cards (both physical gift cards and e-gift cards).

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Do I have to pay for a return?

We do not charge a restocking fee for items that fall within our return policy. However, returns are subject to a shipping fee of $8 per order. We will provide you with a return shipping label & tracking number and the $8 will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please refer to the policy above regarding multiple orders to be returned. 

Packages that are sent back due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, mailbox full, or any reason beyond the control of Smart Dreams will be processed as a return and subject to the $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase amount.

This Smart Dreams return policy is subject to change. Educate LLC dba Smart Dreams reserves all rights to change or amend this policy at our sole discretion, with no advance notice. 

Customers with excessive returns may be subject to a modified return policy. We will notify customers if they are subject to a modified policy.

There are no exceptions to anything noted in this Return Policy.
